Kentucky fried chicken. We Kentuckians count as ethnic, right?
That's a tough question really. Asian? Mexican? Italian? Are any of those really ethnic anymore? But if I have to pick one it would definitely be Italian. You can have freakin' pizza every day of the year and never have the same meal twice. Yum.
Oooohhhh...Irish is good stuff. But I also like Asian. Thai has been a recent favorite, we have a very good pan-Asian restaurant not far that we like to go to occasionally...

Italian...and Irish...yes Irish, not thought of highly, but there is a kickass restaurant here that made me rethink irish food:)
italian. nothing better than a good pasta dish or pizza.
Asian. All forms. Thai, Chinese, Japanese, I'll eat it. I also love Italian. And Mexican. And, you know, food. In general. Any ethnitcity. OOO, greek.
