In honor of the great George Carlin, and also to gloat that I just saw Eddie Izzard live, a comedy question for you...
What's your favorite comedy bit? (Sketch, standup bit, etc.)

I'm a big fan of the hot pocket guy. Everytime I see hot pocket commercials, I hear that dude in my head. I also like Jeff Dunham with his puppets.
Wow. I like pretty simple humor, huh?
Okay. There are funnier bits, but this one seems to stick with me. Bob Newhart.

I think Eddie Izzard is my favorite. I also like a comedian named Bob Marley from Maine.
Laurie, Eddie was AWESOME!! I laughed until my throat hurt. Quote of the show:
Making a triceratops a vegetarian is like making a tank that only kills daisies.
Bill, Brian's grandma gave us "The Buttoned Down Mind of Bob Newhart" and we laughed our butts off! The driving instructor bit is priceless.
Ash, I love Jeff Dunham--Peanut is my favorite, but Achmed cracks me up.
Anyone ever heard of Henry Cho? I'm not sure he's doing much now, but he's funny as hell. He's Asian (Korean) who was born and raised in Tennessee. He cracks me up.
Man, I can't remember this one guys name but he would always say such random things that turned out to be insightful and very funny. He killed himself a few years ago. Bob Newhart is also a favorite. There's also another guy who works with a big sketch pad and draws diagrams and things. Very funny.
Of course, this isn't very helpful since I can't remember either of their names.
It just dawned on me who Jeff Dunham is. I watched one of his videos a few months ago. I LOVED those puppets! :)
And on another topic, I downloaded Fleetwood Mac's Rumours off Amazon today for five bucks and I think nine out of the eleven songs on there were radio hits. Can anyone think of an album to top that? Just curious. I thought a random question might be permissible...
Rather than having one specific thing, here are some comedians that I like...Monty Python, Stephen Lynch, Steve Coogan(as Alan Partridge)
Good for people to know.
