Not yet. My plans are to make a trip to the store early tomorrow to grab all of my Halloween goodies. I have 3 different Halloween activities planned with the kids for tomorrow.
not yet, but we do our best to scare the little buggers a bit before we give them sweets.
I'm partial to getting the really good candy like reese's cups ands such. You remember, the candies that your dad would always confiscate from your Halloween bag as sort of a tax for having taken you around the neighborhood :D
See, I'm the mean old lady in the cul du sac who doesn't really like kids, so NO! My hubby and I retreat to the back of the house, turn off all the other lights and pretend to be gone.
I'll be out collecting candy with my daughter, so I don't have to buy any, but I would otherwise. And probably will next year. This will probably be her last year going Trick or Treating.
I don't have my candy yet, but there's a method to my madness...
I have a tendency to buy candy that I really like. Hence, if I buy it early, I end up buying twice as much because I usually eat the first bunch I've bought. If I buy candy that I DON'T like (or no one else will touch), then if I don't get a lot of kids, I've wasted that candy, because it won't get eaten. I learned that the hard way the year I bought Almond Joys and got like 10 kids.
I miss taking my kid out to trick or treat-I love seeing the kids in their costumes. Even if it's teenagers who look old enough to be able to buy their own candy.
Thanks for stopping by! Answer any question you like, however you like. Hopefully we'll learn a little bit about ourselves and a lot about each other. Happy answering!

If someone knocked on my door at night, I'd be looking for the baseball bat. Nuff said?
